Jelq or stretch - do which first?
After a break of two weeks - and from mostly using an ADS in my training to date - I plan to focus on the newbie routine. Even though I’ve been PEing for a while I never did this routine!
So am gonna give it a shot.
But my question is the routine suggests stretching before jelqing.
my problem is I’ve noticed after stretching my erection level is low! Making it hard to get a good jelq going.
Can I switch the order? ie jelq then stretch?
Have had great results so far using the ADS but have had a slight head sensitivity issue, so now I want to focus on this routine.
Will post results after four weeks or so.
