Jelq or not to Jelg
I started out doing the newbie routine. I haven’t been very consistent because I have tendinitis in my forearms and jelqing aggregates it. I have been impressed with the improvements in erect firmness and the new veins I’m getting. I started to pump also. It looks like I will have to lay off the jelqing for awhile.
It seems that jelqing is included in just about every routine. I’m wondering if there is a routine that is worthwhile that doesn’t require jelqing?
Don’t want to give up PE. have seen very positives results so far.
