And that above a 70% erection level focuses more on girth gains.

What do you think our type of jelqing focuses on?
Mine seems fairly fat with a bit more stretch.

I agree. From last Monday to this, you’ve upped your jelqs by 50%. The following monday is still a 33% increase. I would ease into it, slowly increasing the volume. That might be more effective & less traumatic.

I don’t buy that. I think that an erection level of about 3/4 or slightly less is the best inflation (for blood movement). I don’t think a 50% erection jelq does much more than stretching.

Mine normally starts off as a 90% and then I jelq till I stop or need to reflate.

Just a little update.
I haven’t measured but I have noticed better hard on’s and EQ.
And much better flacid hang and flacid fullness and fattiness. (It’s a proper fatty)

I think I will measure on the end of this week (maybe or next day).
Then after this whole routine I am thinking of doing a 300 a day jelqing routine for 2 months.
(5 days on 2 days off)

I generally add five per workout when increasing the workload.

I’m not sure because I tend to start off with a 90% erection then it goes down to 50% for the 50 reps I do at a time. Maybe I’m hitting length and girth then :)
