and I was hoping you would run through your methods of fulcrum hanging for me (or point me to where you have outlined them) so I can get started when my brother brings it (the unopened box) over to my new address.

I don’t know how I missed your post. Anyway, here are the basics:

You need to get a 1/4 inch (or 3/8 inch) stainless steel rod about 2 feet long from a hardware store. Wrap a thin strip of foam (about 3 inches wide) aroound the middle of the rod. At the right side of the 3 inch foam strip wrap a 1/3 inch piece of foam and build it up aboout 1/2 inch. Do the same on the left side. Then take a 3 inche wide roll of atheltic wrap (ace bandage for sprained ankles) and wrap it over the foam forming a cradle. Wrap about 6 wraps around the rod before cutting the material. Then wrap each end of the rod where you will place the rod on your thighs.

Start out hanging about 75% of your normal hanging weight. Experiment if that is too much. Do 2-3 sets at the start of your hanging routine. I am doing a lot of tunica hanging right now - straight out and up and down 25 degrees. I have been making great gains in recent months. However, since I identified my tunica as my limiting factor, working it hard should be getting results. Let me know if I can be of any more help. Take care.
