I was wondering how you got your gains? how long it took? plus the routine you used to get them or the majority of them.

Jelktoid, I found what I was looking for in one your posts please forget the prior questions…..I now have a few new ones . If you could be so kind to answer just the amount of time a day you figure you put into jelqing and do you think most of your gains came from jelqing or hanging?
