JAI stretches, Goooood!
Whew!! Tried those Jai or AI stretches yesterday and now I really feel my slightly sore ligs today! I took it easy and built up to stronger 2 second pulls as I went along (of course after a 10 minute hot towel warm up first). I’m definitely going to switch to this style of stretching from now on. After all this time I can finally feel my ligs working out!
Question: After, the stretching, I went to do my jelq routine and found it much harder to get it semi-erect and damn difficult to get it rigid for squeezes. Did I just overdo it with the new stretches or should I change the order of my routine? I don’t have time to break it up to an am/pm program.
