JAI questions

i have been looking into the JAI. reading up on ai stretching.
for a proper stretch to take place the report says to hold for
1.5 to 2 sec. that way the muscles stretch reflex doesn’t kick in
and to also contract opposing muscle group.
now the questions-

1- the penis is not a muscle, so is it possible for it to contact?
2- also if the penis was a muscle, you are supposed to contract the
opposing muscle group, which would be the pc muscle, so the pc muscle
should not be relaxed?

i’m not trying to be a pain or nothing, but these question came up
after reading the article on AI stretching.

i thought this may be an interesting discussion, that just may help
to figure out the most productive way of pe lengthening.

the JAI stretches are great, but could they be better?

Hey bigrig,
I certainly hope they could be better, so lets study and try different little things with them :) Then to answer your questions - Penis isn’t a muscle as you said, but I think that contracting the opposite muscle to the PC muscle during the stretch could help based on those (avoiding kick-back mechanism, and making PC most relaxed) AI principles. Then the question is, which is the muscle opposite to the PC muscle?? Some Abdominal muscle(s) (sucking belly in), that I tried when I found JAIs? I think I mentioned and discussed about that in my progress report (or Johan is a believer…) thread or somewhere else…
