I've finally made 8 inches in length

Hey Andrew,

Congrats on your gains! No one will jump on you about your claims if it doesn’t sound like you might be trying to sell something. Like some other guys, I just think it’s a shame that we don’t have more complete before-to-after evidence, as Philadelph apparently will have, to overcome guys’ initial skepticism about PE. It seems like virtually everyone at Thunder’s was skeptical at first that they’d be able to make the gains claimed around here — you said that you were that way yourself (hence your lack of a before pic!). I never took a rulered before pic either, so if I ever make great gains I also won’t be able to provide the best evidence for the efficacy of natural, free PE.

Horse,

I admire your tremendously positive attitude here.

I’m sure when I finally post pics of my horse dick, there will be discussions about whether they are accurate/legit. etc. etc. etc. blah, blah, blah, blah.

Hey, Andrew, when are YOU going to post your pics? I’ve got my digital and with Hobby’s expert advice, I’m figuring out how to resize and post them. By the way, Andy, you don’t have to tell me if you don’t want to share it, (I’ll understand), but how old are YOU, MATE? LOL

Horse

Horse,
Is that a hint of sarcasm I detect?!?!?!
Ive got to try and borrow my father-in-laws camera and thats not that easy cause he is so attached to it!. I borrowed it before my wife had her boobs done so we could take before shots of her ( I really, really wish I had pre-PE pictures), and I think he suspects why we borrowed it.
Good quality cameras (5 megapixel +) are really starting to come down in price over here in Oz, so soon I’ll have no excuse!
Horse, I only asked how old you were because you mentioned in one of your posts you had been married for more than 40 years, so I’m guessing 60 plus. My point was, I could not imagine my dad PEing, but here you are and more power to you.
BTW, I’m 32.

Helluvastud,

Thanks for your kind words.

As I said, when I started there was no way in hell that I thought I would gain anything, let alone what I have.

I’ve also been very, very lucky as my gains seem to have come compartively quickly.

I have never doubted you Bro, you never tried to sell me anything.

Hey Thanks Dino,

Want to buy a used 1984 Isuzu Trooper?

congratulations man

God love you, Andrew. If your wife had her boobs done, you sure as hell have a right to redo willy. No, I never could imagine my “pater” doing PE either. In fact, I never saw my pater’s dick. The camera thing was my issue too. My son-in-law “copped” the web cam that came with this computer, then claimed he didn’t know what I was talking about when I asked for it back. Yeah, forty years this summer. I can’t believe we’ve been together this long. It’s been like a roller coaster ride. We’re two strong, independent, loving souls. We squabble—too much according to my daughter. But making up is paradise.

Happy Growing

That shouldn’t matter. If “the huys he keeps mentioning” helped him out, then there is no reason he shouldn’t mention thieir names.

Relax guy.

Hmm, when it’s put that way, it seems quite possible to make fast gains.

I think i found some more inspiration to keep on PEing :)

edit: And yeah, you're right, that is very impressive :D

Wouldn’t coming to this forum and thanking banned members be like George W. Bush going to France and thanking Great Britain for all their efforts in Iraq?

Tom Foolery, the scientist in me feels compelled to point out that proteins are made out of amino acids… Your advice is spot on, though. Go jogging and put on a little muscle mass, and you can watch the fat disappear, regardless of what you eat. Rather than try to constantly place yourself in the state of ketosis (which may be bad for your bones and kidneys over time) a la low-carb diets, just burn more calories than you take in.

>Go jogging and put on a little muscle mass, and you can watch the fat disappear, regardless of what you eat.

The newest figures show added muscle doesn’t require much energy at all. It’s on the order of 6 Calories per day for each extra pound of muscle - far less than what was thought before.

Lifting weights does help though. One study, in which 3-4 exercises were done for 3-4 sets to either failure or near it (sorry, don’t remember the details), showed a post-exercise energy consumption of 700 kcal over 2 days. That’s nothing to sneeze at.

HIIT or other high intensity cardio seems to have a similar effect on EPOC as lifting. Low intensity stuff - walking the pounds off - is mostly a waste of time.

Hobby,

Did they give any reason why they thought this was occuring?

>Did they give any reason why they thought this was occuring?

I didn’t read the full study, only the abstract and some discussion about it.

EPOC, which is strangely the abbreviation for “excess post-exercise oxygen consumption,” is higher after exercise at higher intensity.

Walk a couple miles, and you might burn something like 10 kcal after you’re through - basically nothing. Run hard, even for a shorter time, and EPOC goes up substantially. Look at the studies on HIIT vs. mild cardio. Do a search on HIIT to find some links. There are also a few posts here.

Lifting weights at high intensity and HIIT seem very similar. They both have you doing multiple short periods of maximum or near-maximum exertion.

Thanks Hobby,

BTW, love that Avatar!
