After sharing my relationship and size issues due to a lack of girth, this thread is going to be about my girth exercises. The routine still needs some fine tuning.

It’s been years that I’ve done some serious PE (clamping and stretching), so my dick is still unconditioned but I know my dick and my body. I never injured myself and did some clamped Horse 440 squeezes back in the days, which gave me great temporary gains.

I’m sure some would recommend the newbie routine to maximize gains but at the moment I’m jelqing, pumping and doing some light squeezes.

Last night I got some great expansion and some fairly good PI overnight, by doing this:

Warm up (IR Lamp or Washcloth, although I need to keep my balls cool because we try get a baby)
Jelqing (5 min)
Pumping (10 min)
Jelqing (5 min)
4 x light Horse 440 Squeezes

I’m going to take Viagra on a regular basis before the workout. Maybe I will switch to Cialis.

I will add some pumping after the last manual exercises. Later on I will add some intensity by using a clamp during the manual exercises.

My girlfriends knows about the PE routine and I’m trying to have it as a part of our relationship. That’s why I’m going to pump while being with her.

It’s going to be a long road to get from 5.2” to 6” EG but I will PE as long as needed. I consider PE’ing for the next 10 years because I need the routine to feel better about myself and to improve my sex life.

I have similar pumping routine as yours. I think your routine is a good start as long as your PI’s is good, then stick to it. I wish you good luck and hope you reach your goal..

I’ve read some old article about short pumping sessions at low intensity. I’m having short sessions during the routine and I think I will add a final 30 minutes pump session at the end of my routine.
Somebody here on the board was suggesting this.

I need it temporary during sex for my size anxiety, I had perfect erections without it weeks ago. I need it as a backup and I’ll take for my routine. Do you think Cialis is better? I heard for daily use it’s better.

You’re routine is about the same as mine except I repeat it 3 times. I think Cialis is better but I did get some backaches in the beginning

A low dose of Vitamin V is fine to take regularly. Even for recreational use. My urologist told me so. I take about 25mg before I clamp and I feel like its the “creatine” of girth work. I get much better and longer lasting pumps when I take V before I clamp. Start with a low dose and see what works.

Good luck! I’m still focusing on length, even though I KNOW girth would probably have a better impact on my sex life. So it goes.

I’ve had great results with this all natural supplement, as well (still dealing with some ED issues). Given that it engorges the penis more than usual and for longer periods, I do occasionally wonder about utilizing it as a PE recovery/training aid.

SNM, I will gradually work myself up, less jelqing, more squeezing and after some time I will incorporate some clamping. I don’t rely on my pump only.

Clamplover, recently I’ve took about 30mg before dinner and I didn’t feel much of it. 50mg on an empty stomach gives a massive hardon for sex.

Bradbartender, thanks. I’m only focusing on girth because I have 8” BPEL. If I could trade an inch in length for an inch in girth, I wouldn’t even do any PE. I’ve just ordered some Citrullin which I will test soon. I don’t plan taking Cialis or Viagra everyday.

Last night I felt pretty bad, so I wore a clamp all night after being soft, already did this a few times. It got me bad PI and I don’t think it will help in any way. We all know it’s bullshit and you should not sleep with a device on.

Right. Don’t sleep with your penis clamped it is very dangerous.

KinXXXize, don’t take this the wrong way but you need to tone your routine down a little. You shouldn’t be needing Viagra to force an erection because you’re over training. And at the rate at which you’re going you’re not going to be gaining as much as you would like. You’re not a newbie anymore, you can get away with PE’ing with more intensity two to three times a week MAX, but not the same routine over and over.

If you need help here try my routine from last year. This is just three girth routines separated into A, B, and C days performed every Monday and Friday only. So your first week would be A on Monday and B on Friday. Second week would be C on Monday and A on Friday. Third week would be B on Monday and C on Friday. Fourth week, start the cycle all over. And just try this through two cycles before you decide to do more. You need to see how fast you heal between PE sessions before you try adding more.

A) Hot Warmup
Pump warmup 5 min (>under 3”hg)
*Base to Middle dry jelqs
**Pump or clamp 10-20min

B) Hot Warmup
Pump warmup 5 min (>under 3”hg)
*Middle to Head dry jelqs
**Pump or clamp 10-20min

C) Hot Warmup
Pump warmup 5 min (>under 3”hg)
*Midhead to head dry jelqs
*Full wet jelqs done slow

*For all of these sets rest no more than 30 seconds between sets, get a semi-hard erection, and do 3 sets total. You can do as many as you want, but try working with lower reps and higher pressure and then add a few more reps every session if you can.

**You can interchangeably pump or clamp after heavy jeqling sessions as a finisher, but try to rotate these out so you don’t get bruises from clamping or blood spots from pumping. Keep the pump pressure at or below 5”hg (the maximum internal pressure of your erection) starting out, and focus on the swelling of your erection not the adding time. If you do it right you’ll be too tired to get an erection after the effects from the pump/clamp wear off.

I think I will adapt my routine, going for a similar routine like the one you described. It could save me some time and be more efficient.

Cutting down to 2 sessions a week is something very unfamiliar though. Maybe 2-3 extreme sessions a week are enought for the beginning.

Maybe no ‘extreme’ sessions is even better. Very few people, if ever, have gained doing ‘extreme’ PE. PE is not bodybuilding. Be consistent and do more time under tension, intensity has to be increased very cautiously and just as last resort.

Ok, just so we’re clear… “High Intensity” does not mean EXTREME PE!

A lot of guys like to make that argument that any gains from penis enlargement require just insane amounts of pressure. It does not. And then there are others that believe it takes lots and lots of time everyday. It does not. And then still even more guys think it takes every exercise out there carelessly thrown into a PE session. It does not. Don't ever tell those guys there's another way though. They like to troll. Haha.My approach to PE is something I’ve been working with for about eleven years now which is pretty much a get it done and get on with your life approach. I don’t PE like a modern day bodybuilder doing many sets of redundant exercises day after day, I just pick a goal, pick the most effective exercise, and try to do the most in the least amount of time.That’s what I mean by “high intensity, low sets” or sometimes I’ll say “low reps” but too many people confuse that with pushing too hard. I simply mean doing just enough to your penis and no more. Just wind up and BANG! then call it a day.

You could PE everyday if you wanted, but the body breaks down over time and injuries do accumulate. The tiniest “red spot” on Monday could turn into a troublesome blood blister on Friday and take that much longer to heal. And a lot of guys don’t understand that they don't have a testosterone or EQ problem, they just need more rest or days off in between PE sessions. It’s way too easy to get over zealous and kill any chances of getting bigger, or having sex for that matter, because you’re too banged up. That’s why I prescribe more days off to adjust the level of training to meet your needs, and enjoy your penis. What’s the use of PE’ing if all you do is touch yourself, think about touching yourself, and try to recover from touching yourself?

If you want to know, I honestly spend maybe 15-30 minutes a week total twice a week PE’ing and rest well for the other 23hrs and whatever minutes. And this is because I don’t always have the time or the privacy to pull on my penis all day, and I would rather get it done than spend all my free time worrying about it. When I was married, and even before I said “I do” when I was single and working 12-15hrs days in the Military I didn’t have time even when there was time. And I didn’t want to be stuck inside on my free weekends just PE’ing in the bathroom away from my two other roommates… I wanted to get out there and go fuck! That’s why I came up with these shorter high intensity routines and went against the current ideas of PE taking more days off and only working with one or two exercises that are worth the money. This approach will work if you’re willing to think outside the box and give it a chance. If it’s worked for me after I thought I gained every bit of girth after the newbie and advanced gains and still manage to grow , it’s going to work for you too. After gaining 4” in length and 2” in girth my first couple years I thought that was it for me but apparently not. The secret is not in some magic routine or new twist on an exercise, it’s simply recovering fully and just being able to PE for longer stretches throughout the year without taking time off due to injury. This is pretty much what I mean when I say “Less is More” and “More is More than enough”.

I’m just going to leave it at that and let you decide if you want to give it a try. Maybe PE 2 days one week and 3 the next, then repeat. If you have any questions just shoot me a PM. I don’t like to openly talk about my concept of PE and why I think PE’ing less may be just the thing for more gains, because it goes against the norm and there always some newbie who’s been at this for a year or so who likes to shoot it down and tell me how they know better. LOL, I just let them obsess and rant over newbie gains supplements and live my life free of pointless internet arguments.
