Because of all the peer pressure here at thunders, I’m gonna start the hanging and ADS routine with the CAP Wench. I was reading up on it and wanted to ask if you can do traction wrapping and the Cap’s ADS at the same time after finishing the hanging routine.

No pressure. You should never do anything, most definitely not exercises you’re not use to, just because of peer pressure.

That was a joke patna. But the question is for real.

Are you conditioned for hanging?

Soon: Bib talked about wearing the hangers wrap (Cotton strip of sweatshirt material under Theraband )almost all day as a traction wrap between hang sets and sessions. Oh course he HUNG all day. But as long as you can piss through your wrap, you’re not cutting off blood. I know nothing of using Hooks hanger as an ADS but I see no reason why not as long as you are not cutting off blood flow for more than twenty minutes at a time. Use the ADS of your choice, the idea is to keep extended after the hang as long as possible. Ideally for 100 hours, the time it takes tissue to completely heal.

But XL is right. Don’t let anyone pressure you into hanging before you are conditioned for it.
