That was not my experience nor the experience of many others here and on the other board. No doubt that happens to many, but I did not grow for over 10 months. I tried manually stretching and jelqing and ulies starting with the 5-6 on and 1-2 days off. Then I switched to all kinds of options of once a day, twice a day, everyother day and on and on different options (allowing enough time to see if it works) and never got a thing but maybe 1/8 girth at the most.

Then I switched to hanging and after various home made hangers which were incorrectly made etc. finally got on the right track and started making gains. I gained 1/2 inch BP in 4 months.

When I switched to more intense ulies with the hanger as a uli thing and wrapping I finally started making girth gains in the upper shaft.

My lesson is that more intensity followed by rest was better then less intensity and working out more often.

I have a few “theories” of why some people supposedly gain.

I think that my penis was so physically fit and in great shape before PE that it was more stubborn than one that is in less “shape.”

1. They re-gain what they previously lost due to age/atrophy.

2. Incorrect measuring.

3. Stronger healthier erections now misconstrued as gains.

4. Genetics. Been around long enough to see some guys gain (inspite of themselves not because of some magical formula). They would have gained anyway, not because they had the best routine. Many times I have seen different individuals do the same exact routine and one has huge gains and another has nothing. This is clearly the unsolved mystery of PE: why some gain and others don’t.

In those instances where people do make great gains in the beginning, what would be good to know is why people “plateau.” What causes the growth to stop until the routine is changed. It is simular to body building and the need to constantly change the routine in order to “shock” the muscle.

Hey Dance!

On your forth part, you state genetics as a key. I assume you mean the easiness of stretching ligs and such for some of us. But, do you think there is a max amount a dick can be enlarged? What i mean by this is look at Yguy’s huge gains of 3” long by 2” wide. He started off smaller than most. Do you think a guy with a natural 10 inches could add 2 or 3 without too much problems? The greater the base to start with is the key concept I am talking about.

Yea, more than likely if they quit growing or went slower it was do to the fact that their penis got used to the work out. Eventually after a year or so and you’re not getting gains…you probably need to do a more strenuous work out.

It's still not big enough!

I think these comments should be weighed up by those about to start or who haven’t been around long. Yes, some guys do gain quickly, and many in the very beginning - because of ALL the reasons posted above. So before this free forum turns into a [ 2” in 3 months] forum, please realise that PE takes effort and time, not all those who ‘gain’ are being honest with themselves, some DO gain a lot faster than others.

Obviously guys who gain are going to post more than non-gainers. Gainers will stick around longer. So again, please do not be misled. Be the judge of what you read and learn to sort out the valuable info from the not so valuable.

Enjoy your PEing and stick with it.

Ciao

Guiri,

You make a great point when you say,

“guys who gain are going to post more than non-gainers. Gainers will stick around longer.”

For every sucess story there are probably many many guys that got nothing, and they don’t ususally post their lack of results either.

Twatteaser,

Good questions. Sorry but I have no way of knowing and I don’t even want to speculate.

I am just suggesting that perhaps the unknown factor could be genetics. Besides what I stated above, at this time I don’t have any other theories.

Dance, you are so correct with this statement. I didnt gain anything for the first 9 months of my pe career. Maybe 0.25” girth and the same in length. After changing my routine so many times, I quit for about 1 month, then when I started again doing less, the gains came. The thing is, you have to try different things until you figure out what works for you. This doesnt happen overnight. You have to try something for at least 2 weeks to 1 month before you figure out whether it works or not. My main problem like so many of us was that I was overtraining. My routine took about 2 hours from stretching, jelking and squeezing, 5 days a week. Then when I took off the 1 month, that allowed everything to heal and then I started again with a routine that took a total time of 30 minutes. I then gained 1” length, and 0.25” girth in 3 months. So as so clearly stated by the moderators, pe takes time and plenty patience.

Later.

Dance brings up alot of great points. For a 19 year old, I didn’t have a very healthy looking nor feeling penis. So some of my initial gains could of come just from getting my penis “in shape” and healthy.

I’m not sure how many guys have bought pay sites, but when I first jumped into PE, it was through buying PenisDevelopment. They had some ridiculous advertising such as promising 2 inches in 3 months. So I took their word for it, and I was expecting to gain 2 inches in 3 or 4 months. I was naive, but either way, I was expecting that sort of gain. So I think my mind played a role in gains, because I was expecting something that was probably unrealistic, but in my mind it was reachable. So a certain mind set and expectations can play a role in gains IMO.

I do think that genetics play a big part in gains. Some guys get most of their gains in the beginning months and others get their gains months down the road. There’s so many factors to consider that its hard to pinpoint why a certain person gains more than another person, even if they were doing the same exact routine. I do think recovery has something to do with it, as well as how efficently you are doing the exercises. There’s also nutrition…sleep…stress level…consistency…and endless other factors to consider.

Plateaus are unavoidable. Everyone at some point is going to be in a plateau, you just have to limit your time in the plateau, by experimenting, shock routines, extended rest, and reaccessing goals. Being in a plateau is more understandable, because at some point your penis will stop responding to the same routine over and over, month after month, and thats when its time to change things up.

As far as max gains go, I really do think there’s no limit to how much a person can gain. It sure as hell takes longer gaining that first inch than that last inch, but its still reachable.

Slow Gains

Dance and Kabar,

Thanks for your posts,re. “slow gains”. I started pe several months ago and began by using the power jelq ,only, for a month before getting a BIB hanger. I noticed my penis getting much fuller. I,m in my 70’s and have a well develooped case of ED so measuring length is iffy. I got the idea of using a pump and measuring the length while pumped. I’ve had the BIB about a month and a half and see absolutely no gain. In fact I added a little weight to the hanger and started a correct BTC hang. Man, thats tough. I thought surely that would show improvement It seems like my prick rebelled at the extra stretch and actually “shortened” a little. I feel confident this program will produce results, I’m just greatful that truthful reporting gets done here so those of use not experienceing great results initially won’t be too disappointed. Great job guys. As he says— ” Bigger is Better”
