Well, after starting PE in mid May 2003, I can proudly say that I have grown a full inch in length. I was clicking through the data page looking at my old bpel of 6.25 and was utterly shocked when I came to the realization that I’m now 7.25!! During this time I have experimented with just about all of the various methods but finally settled on manual stretching and what I call pump-hanging. I am currently using 17 lbs to pump-hang and I do two 20 minute sets 5 days on two off. My girth has also increased dramatically from just over 5.25 to 5.75!! This shit trully works!! Hooray!!
