It's been almost 4 years, thinking about starting again.

Hi everybody, it’s been almost 4 years since the last time I did any PE and I serously want to start again. My gains have stayed pretty much the same, but EQ isn’t as good as it used to be. So I want to try to get a little more lenght before I start working on the girth and I also want have longer flaccid, it’s still small. I was thinking about stretching only routine, because I searched the forums and people have gotten great gains from it.

So I did a little bit of stretching just to try for 5 minutes and I noticed that I turtled and the flaccid was much smaller than normal. Does it matter, did you still gain eventually?

I will try a routine where I will stretch like 2 minutes, 5-10 times a day. Here and there and after piss. Some people got insane gains with so little work and starting slowly seems like the best option. What do you think? Surely a lot have changed in the past 4 years here right? Can’t remember much from my PE days.

Interesting. I’m experimenting with a stretch intensive routine. I can’t yet comment as its way too soon still, and I haven’t measured yet. I have found two things you mention here. Stretch intensive routines are EQ killers and as you carry on, turtling becomes an issue if you only stretch. What I have found is a quick jelq at the end of the day helps with the EQ and if you engorge your penis (get yourself hard and leave it at that) just after stretching it helps for the tutling.

Had a 3 years break myself too. Yep, was a kind of mistake.

But we’re back, in style and dignity :-)

Been on a break and just trying things now and then to decide what to use, messing around with manuals and occassional clamping.
Did some hanging a while back just to see if it worked, it did, got about 1/2 inch.

You can add mine to that. :) I’m doing about half the volume of stretching that you’re suggesting or less, and I see no need to ramp it up at the moment.

Also, thanks for digging these up. It’s good to see that this approach has had many successful followers already.


April 2017: 6.5" BPEL -> July 2017: 7" BPEL

October goal: 7.5" BPEL

My routine: a few single 1-minute fulcrum stretches throughout the day. Yes, that's all.

Before I began p.e. I turtled constantly.

Now even in the dead of winter I never have a problem.

Recently the hour-long edging has been my only excersize, but I’ve added bundled stretches and my E.Q. Is through the roof.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Hey kdjeet, I jumped in with the newbie routine but I’ve scaled back several times til I was primarily doing a light 12-way fulcrum stretch routine just a couple minutes long, 5-6 times a day (began pulling more away from jelqing just because I was busy as hell). As other members have related however, stretches can be EQ killers so between that fact and doing other stupid things (too much porn/fap, not exercising), my EQ took a serious enough nose-dive that I had to completely back off of PE for a little while. All that said, over about a 6 month period I picked up an inch in length and a quarter inch of girth with no signs of slowing (except for the EQ problem that keep me from fully using my gains). Wishing you good luck - will be watching your progress (and reading those threads - thx for that!).
