I took a break because I’m gambling addict. Nothing else mattered at that time.

If I recall correctly, gains from manual length exercises really slowed down and required too much time and effort to pay off. My living situation wasn’t optimal for regular hanging, so I moved on to girth work. However, I got sidetracked by other things in life and fell out of routine.

I hope you got your gambling problem under control.

Yes. I remembered what is important in life. Years passed and I wasn’t moving anywhere, just lost money. I still play, but not as much. Now PE is number 1 priority.
