So after a year or so of not peing I decided to start again since I can’t have sex for 6 weeks because my wife just had a baby. My problem before was not being dedicated but after the comment she made last night it made me feel like I wasn’t just wasting my time. Her hips and back were hurting so I decided to give her a massage, it started with her back and hips then led to her legs, feet and the inside of her thighs. I told her to roll over so I could get the other side and she did so I went onto her arms ad the front side of her legs then I unbottoned the 1st on her pjs and starting rubbing the top of her chest (not her breast) and the her neck and then I unbottoned the rest of them and starting rubbing her tits and kissing on them. By this time I was rock hard so I got ontop of her and starting poking her. All this got her super horny and she said I wanna suck you! So I layed back down and when she pulled it out she “god it’s gotten bigger!” I always had a problem the last year staying hard.being the same persone for 6+ years you guys know how it is. Drinkng water is probably the hardest part since I use to drink only soda most of the day. I never thought it would work for me but I guess it does.

Although you stated drinking only water has been the hardest part, it is most likely one of the most beneficial steps you could have taken in my opinion. Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor as we most all know, the constriction allows less blood to get to all parts of the body (including the penis I would suspect) which I would think could cause a decrease in erection quality. Additionally through reduction of blood flow and cell size less oxygen would be available to individual cells, which I would suspect would have a negative impact on cellular health and healing.

Doing a quick Google search turned up quite a few pages that linked excessive caffeine use to erectile dysfunction. I am certainly not a doctor or biologist, nor have I extensively researched this topic so all of the complexities of the possible negative impacts of caffeine are not currently a subject matter which I may speak on as an expert, so, as I said only my opinion.

That makes a lot of sense for my erection quality bacause I use to drink soda with almost every meal and snack during the day.

I have noticed that if I drink too much coffee, other than feeling jumpy and moody I have trouble maintaining wood. I don’t know if it is a chemical side effect of the caffeine or a side effect of feeling mentally wacked out.

What was your routine and how long did it take? Those are the kind of gains I’m looking for

I am horrible about keeping a routine. I discovered PE in 2002 or 2003 on another website, learned some basic exercises, kept it up for 2 or 3 months, gained 1/4 inch length or so, then other things in life started taking up my time and I wandered away from PE for a while. That has pretty much how it has gone on from then till now, I will get into it for a few months and then something changes and I just don’t have time and take a while off.

So far I have tried hanging, manual exercises, clamping, ads (golf weights), and extender (was one of those damn noose type ones, before I heard about how evil they are). I usually just do what I happen to be feeling like, and change pretty regularly. Clamping is the first thing that has given me any sort of rapid girth gains, and until recently I never really worked girth nor paid much attention to where I was at with it, so I can not say where the rest of my girth gains specifically came from. Length seems to be pretty easy for me, I have actually maybe put in 10-12 actual months of work on PE in the last 4 or so years and have gained almost 1 1/4 inches (I am actually hovering just a tiny hair under 8 pre-workout right now).

My personal theory on my easy gains in length is that I am almost always a “newbie”. Most people seem to get rapid “newbie” gains within their few months of PE. I feel that because I am on and off with it so much that all of my gains are essentially just that, newbie gains. The last quarter inch came within a month and a half of the last time I started back up on PE, but have not had any further length gains since then (I am really trying to work length right now, I just want to get over that magic 8 inch mark and be done trying to work length, and if I happen to get some more then that is just gravy).

Additionally I only do a certain activity until it no longer gives me the “feeling” of being effective. For instance if I jelq daily for a month or so I become used to it I guess, no longer getting much feeling of pressure from the exercise, and not having any feelings of soreness or stretching after the workout. At that point I would switch to something else, whatever happened to catch my attention at that time.

I am certainly not saying I have a good or effective routine, and I would presume many members would see my noncommittal attitude towards PE as not being motivated or dedicated to what I am doing. All I can say is that I just do what feels right to me.

And just another nugget of information you probably didn’t need to know, I don’t follow my own advice. I am sitting here right now smoking a cigarette and drinking a big cup of coffee, both of which are linked to reduced blood flow and erection quality.
