Is warming down the missing link?
Hey guys. Friday, I was doing my jelqing like I usually do after I warm up, but then, before I decided to pack everything up and finish, I decided to do another warm up (or warm down) for 10 minutes. Now my method of warming up is with warm water in a water bottle, but any warm up method should do just fine. For the rest of that day (Friday) and today, my flaccid hang has been more impressive than ANY OTHER DAY I’ve jelqed the same exact way. Possible correlation between warming down and maximizing gains? Discuss.
