I do it all the time, I’m O.K.

I really don’t, I think so but I do all kinds of crazy shit, there is no way I could credit just one method. You should also keep in mind that I probably have an iron penis from not taking days off and hanging 4-6 hours a day when I hung.

Doesn’t appear to help with gains. It will over time change the erection angle to pointing more downward. Mine now points directly out and only when doing a hard kegel. I wish it were a little higher than that.

Seems like some guys can do this and some can’t. Perhaps it has to do with the penis exit point from the body, high or low.

I know a guy who was doing that and it snapped right in half and the bone was sticking right out of the skin. But really I don’t think it’s dangerous as long as your careful I used to do it when I was younger I used to push it down and sort of hump the bed.

Yes, the pressure it places on the nerves is enormous, I’ve accidentally cummed just by doing this.

Where there is pressure there is the potential for growth .that being said there is always the potential for damage.

I don’t see any thing wrong with it and I hope you mark your gains and eventually turn this into a new exercise.

I have little to no resistance pushing it all the way down and back, even with a full hardon. An ex girl use to ride on top and lean all the way back when I was younger. This position was quite uncomfortably at times. So does this now mean my ligs have collapsed or over streched from this? My lot is 8:30 still!

My resistance to this has faded over time also, I don’t get the nerve pressure I once did. I don’t have a clue about the ligs, mine were wasted a long time ago, it may alter the attachment point though. Maybe Westla will bless us with a possible reason and scorn us for partaking in a very possibly dangerous maneuver. I really can’t say enough how possible it is to grab an injury from this, if not done reasonably.
