I toughened my dick up so much I had to take a year off to let it decondition. Gains came fine after that, but the tissues do have ‘memory’ and become tough again much faster than when a newbie, so it’s essential to take it slow, just like a newbie, and enjoy those ‘newbie gains’ again. Jumping straight back into a high intensity routine wastes the decon break.

Really on a decon break you shouldn’t do any PE. Any size you lose in the first 3 weeks or so is just ‘uncemented gains’ which basically means the elastin content of the collagen has dropped back slightly because it isn’t being constantly stimulated. So you haven’t lost any real gains. Normal erections/masturbation/sex assuming you have good EQ will maintain the rest of your gains.

A decon break would probably be the best way to get your gains going and maximise your potential in the future. But what I’m really saying is that with your current level of conditioning, I don’t believe an extender will do anything. Hanging might, but you would need quite long sessions, and the extender could be used after them when the tissues were pre-exhausted from hanging.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

It doesn’t have to be two hours per day. I think that’s overkill in fact, unless you’ve maxed out the amount of weight you can use. I personally do one 20 minute set per day and my penis is both longer and healthier than it was 3 or 4 months ago when I started. My curve has improved, my length has increased, and my base girth is skyrocketing (baseball bat no longer), and I’ve never hung more than 5 pounds. I’d look into it. That’s my greatest advice to you. Also, pumping scared me off when I overdid it the first few times (spread a few months apart). But now on workout days (every 3 days) I pump at 2-2.5 hg for 5 minutes and my EQ has greatly increased. I did just that (with some minor PE along the way) and it’s really like starting over with a new penis, but one that’s bigger to begin with.

I didn’t benefit from hanging until I passed the magic 10 hours/week of old skool hanging. I even think that more guys than not need more time in the hanger to gain. But I also think that, just like with hands on PE, new guys are better served by attempting a less is more approach to start with.

Truthfully it wasn’t meant to be a decon break, I just was distracted by having a lot of sex and real life getting in the way. I did clamp here and there just for fun, but not enough for any gains.
