I am a subscriber to the “less is more” theory of PE and have had decent success this way. I would like to know if anyone has had better results with 2 rest days (IE. 2 on/2off or even 1 on/2off)? I have diligently followed a 2on / 1 off regimen. Recently, because of circumstances, I’ve had a few times where I had 2 rest days in a row. The proceeding workouts have seemed much more effective and my erection quality increased. A search of the forums produced a few mentions of 2 rest days but no mentions of whether anyone thought it to be more effective. Maybe a extra day to heal is better. Any thoughts??

I listen to my penis. If it says it wants an extra day off, I give it one.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I think that maybe even a little less than less is just about a little too much unless you really take it easy and then a little more than a little less seems to be (almost) just about right.

Your going down the right road my friend. This is the best way (long term) to receive maximal gains from PE. I’ve been PE’ing for 11 months and never done more than a 20 minute PE session in a day (never more than 100 jelqs). A lot of guys that have PE’d this long are already clamping and hanging - they passed up a lot of easy gains by not taking it slow.

Do you think stretching should be treated the same way? I am inclined to think of stretching work as I think of yoga. I think of yoga as something to be done daily but you don’t kill yourself doing it. I can definitely see a sense to adding rest days for intense clamping, jelqing, and hanging type exercises, but do you feel the same logic applies to manual stretching (not done with absolute balls to the wall ligament tearing flesh ripping intensity)?

I think you can stretch every day if you are ‘feeling’ the stretch, some guys swear by stretching several times a day, some prefer every other day. There are many roads to gains, you have to find the one that gives you your best results. If you can learn to feel what is happening to the tissues in your penis, and feel that what you are doing is productive, that’s a good start.

If you do the same amount of same tension stretches every day, your penis will adapt to the load quickly and it has no further need to adapt. It’s just the same with yoga; if you do the same amount of the same postures every time, you become very good at the routine you do, but to become more flexible or stronger, after a while, you have to change your routine.

At least with the penis, you can take a deconditioning break, begin again at a lower level, and get further gains.

Yeah I’ve treated stretching the same way and I attribute most of my length gains to manual stretching. I stretch to the point of barely beyond comfortable. I have never exceeded 5 minutes of stretching in a day. I don’t really stretch much anymore (other than lite stretches to warm up for jelqing) as I have reached my length goal. It has worked well for me and I have never had even a slight injury.
