Is LESS more, or is MORE more?

So if less is more, you still must increase the time/force overtime?

If you were gaining, but have stopped.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

If something isn’t working, change it. That may mean swapping straight/linear stretches for V stretches, or swapping wet for dry jelqing or the other way around. You have options for change: you can do more time, or more intensity, or different exercises, or change how many days you do in a row eg. from 2on 1off to 5on 2 off. Changes often get things going, without necessarily doing much more.

I am curious, is it possible to gain with only 25 jelqs per session?

Reading these threads have made me want to get back into the groove, but at a more rigid and documented pace. Lots of amazing knowledge here.

Say, does anyone know if sex can hinder EQ? I stopped watching porn months ago, and have only edged since then, because I lost both an interest in porn, and masturbation. However, since I started edging, I had amazing EQ until I got a girlfriend and started having sex again. I still get morning stiffness, but none of the constant alertness that I’d have to cover up all day.


Starting: EL: 7' EG:4.9'

I agree with less is more if I do over 150 jelqs I lose EQ completely but if I stay at 100 I’m golden I stretch 30 seconds each way and bathmate for 20 min before jelqing and get a huge pump from that and as long as I do under that 150 mark for jelqing I have amazing EQ best ever actually ! I am one off one on and have been doing that for a month now and I have started to gain well ! I tried everyday jelqing and stretching afew years back and all that did was give me bad EQ and no gains ! Good post to read glad I came upon it

Pump and jelq

I’ve been pumping for a few months and started jelqing about a month ago. I do 50 wet jelqs followed by 20 minutes pumping. 3 sets of each for a little over and hour workout. I have noticed some flaccid girth gains which is making me very encouraged about my routine. Nothing as far as erect gains yet. Being new to this PE workout can anyone offer any suggestions about my routine and if you even think I’m heading in the right direction?

Sex is another one of the useless discussions here. Some say it hurts PE, some say it doesn’t effect it. Some say it helps. What is the truth? ALL OF THE ABOVE is true, if you just add that it CAN effect you in any of those ways.

Some guys can get away with lots of sex and jerking off and grow just fine thank you. Some can’t get away with much at all. You have to first get a baseline for yourself of PE without extra sex or jerking off.

Once you get your baseline established, hopefully with good EQ, THEN you can add in whatever you want, and see how it effects it. Once you see how it is effecting YOU then you can make your decisions.

Personally edging for more than ten minutes or so acts as stress for me and drops my EQ a bit. The longer I edge, the worse it becomes. HOWEVER sex with the Missus seems to help my EQ, so go figure.

I am currently in my second week of PE and cannot stop reading this discussion! Such great information! Doing the beginner routine, 2 on and 1 off. But last week I did a 3 on workout due to my schedule (rather that than have to take 2 off) Thurs, Fri & sat. Had sex with the wife sat night and woke up in the morning with raging morning wood! Until I read this thread thought nothing of it! Guess I could conclude I am on the right track? Being so new to PE could a 3rd convective day make difference on only my 3rd PE routine? Been a member for just one day and cannot stay off the forums. You guys are a wealth of info. Thx again!

I think you are on the right track, remember when you are doing it right the brain can trick you to do more than you are doing (did it to me). Keep doing what you are doing until the gains stops, no rush!
