Is it really possible to get glans gains?

@LongVehicle does your Corpus Cavernosum (the chamber on the back of your penis) get smaller towards the head or is it almost the same size everywhere?

how would you describe the look of it?

If only there was a routine which was a manual and worked on girth primarily.

No, I clamped for girth in general. You would be hard pressed to find a major girth gainer who did not gain glans girth from either pumping or clamping (not talking about the manual girth gainers).

Why? Non-manual girth work is MUCH more efficient. How can you multi-task with manual work?

Seriously, the manual obsession is pointless. I avoided jelqing precisely because of how inefficient a use of time it is. I now do have to turn back to it, as it is useful, but I do so begrudgingly, haha.

That glans increase is unreal. My glans hasn’t been that responsive. The only thing that seems to help my glans is pumping, but the increase seems to disappear after a day off from pumping. I know as a fact that my glans has grown since starting PE, but not like I wanted it too. It would say it has grown in proportion to the rest of my penis though, but my gains have been nothing compared to yours.

We are all different anatomically, so this affects the matter obviously. However, I should point out specifically for you Clubber, that I ONLY see my true glans size when I am not carrying heavy fatigue. When under fatigue, it shrinks to around 5.5 or even lower (even if the shaft does not shrink). You are/were almost always carrying fatigue, so you might actually not see it until you have it fully rested.

I’m not sure if pumping is as good for this as clamping, as well.

Wurst: It’s not really clear what you are asking, here. The Corpus Cavernosum runs laterally, along the sides, one on either side of the shaft. The Corpus Spongiosum runs down the ventral side. When looking down at the “Back” or dorsal side of the shaft, the side you see when you do a ruler measurement the penis is usually pretty cylindrical and uniform in shape. Although dicks come in many shapes, some taper gently in a cone shape just before expanding outward again at the glands, which most guys or a lot of guys such as Clubber like. For me, and this certainly doesn’t apply to everyone, heavy girth work over several years has given me a bigger head, although I’m not so sure that’s even a good thing. Some women have trouble with this and prefer a more cone-like shape, which sounds to me like you have.

sorry I mis-typed it. of course I mean the Corpus Spongiosum on the back of the penis.

If the Glans is very elastic, with no real tunica layer, then we would have to expand it over a long duration under heated conditions to make the elastic expansion become plastic(I think it is 1% expansion that’s possible each time). We could also try cooling it at maximum expansion. Thoughts?

It was firstly the extreme ULIs and then pumping that helped me increase my glans volume almost twice.

I do want my glans to get thicker. It looks more impressive and looks do matter. If a chick is excited, she should be wet enough to not have issues with it. I’m just trying to find out how to go about it. So far, training for girth by clamping and pumping appears to be the way. I still would like to hear some input about glans pumping witrh those special pumps. I was actually considering making one.

I’ve made glans gains but I have to have really high quality erections for them to show. It is truly quite impressive, and my ideal shape. I am planning on doing some pumping with the mushroom head tube from LAP.

I have also noticed some nice temporary glans gains from BTC stretches. There’s usually a little bit of extra blood that gets pushed into the head at light to moderate pressure. Having a large glans girth than mid section looks good on your flaccid hang.

Let me know how the mushroom head tube does. I hang BTC with a vacuhanger. Hopefully it has the same effect on me as your stretching did for you.
