Is it okay for my kid to do PE?
Hey guys first of all I want to say this is a great fourm! I have a question.
My son is 15 and turns 16 in Febuary. Is it safe for him to use PE techniques? I don’t think he’s going to grow anymore naturally, since he is already taller than me. Is there any reason he shouldn’t be doing them? He’s been stretching, jelqing and doing kegels for a while now, and has noticed gains.
