you could consider hanging, but that would be a significant time investment. You could take a break and re start. In any case you should evaluate whether your techniques are putting enough stress to get any results. Some guys don’t gain because they are too timid, some guys get stalled gains because they are over working. Look for an effective balance or maybe a change in technique. You may decide that what you have is more than enough (it is) and simply work on seduction and sex techniques. Good luck.

Beleive me, the guys touting nice gains after just a couple of months are in the minority. We just hear about them more as they are proud of their gains and want to share them (and rightfully so). For most, gains come slow.

I have been at this for just over six months and have gained about a .5 inch in length and little to nothing in girth. But, I made a personal commitment to give this a year (at least). I suggest you do the same. Gains for 90% of the guys here come slow and steady. Keep up hope, keep training and YOU WILL GROW. Time is on your side.

Maybe it is time to give it up… Ask yourself honestly why you want a bigger dick.

If you can’t think of three genuine reasons give up and find some other way to improve yourself.

This dick pulling is time intensive. I waste an hour a day pulling and jelqing. It’s one of those activities where you either give it 100% over a long period (Think in multiple six month segments) or you aren’t going to get what you want.

A few ideas to put you on the right track:

1.. Pull your dick until you’re on the boarderline of it hurting. You shouldn’t feel pain, you should feel it stretching. I have begin to always stretch with the aid of a bone-pressed ruler. When I started I could just about stretch to 7”, gradually I increased this. I can now easily stretch to eight.

2. Jelqing MUST be intensive… You’ve been doing this for sometime so I assume you’ve conditioned your dick. When you finished jelqing your dick should be a little sore. Not actually in pain, but have that happy tingly post-workout feeling.

3. Consider hanging - I haven’t yet, but when I no longer get gains I’ll give it a shot.

One of my constant inspirations here at Thunders has been SS4Jelk, one of your moderators, who stuck with PE for three solid years until he started making gains. Now, that is dedication.

I’ve been at it over 7 months with only .15 gain in girth, no length gains at all.

I also have struggled with whether to keep at it.

Well since I have a low LOT I have herd it is better to only do upward stretches? What if I want to do JAI?

People have asked to see my routine as of now so here it is:

5 min warm up
15 mins of stretches
5 min upward
5 min A/V/Tunica
5 min rotation
Wrap

5 min warm up
15 mins jelq
Up to 50 ulis
5 min wrap

Well, don’t pack it in until you’ve at least tried pumping! At first I was scared to pump, but now I wouldn’t even think of PE without pumping.

Hi Seyz. In a way, I am you. I’m going to be in pe for a year soon, and last measurment, I was at 0 or an un-noticeable gain. If you can keep trying and it doesn’t interfere with your “normal life”, then keep going.

Depends on how much time you can or am willing to put into it. Your routine may either take more time, or you may need to move to hanging as has been suggested. I would try every trick in the book for many years before I gave up.

I would give it at least another 3 months before you give up.

I can tell you as a hard gainer (at least in the length department) that three months is nothing. Yes, stick with it. Commit yourself even more to PE. Approach things intelligently. Try different approaches. Definitely try hanging, and perhaps also an ADS device. If you give up before you have truly exhausted ALL the options, then you and you alone are the one who loses. Besides, speaking for myself, I like the conditioning effect of jelqing and clamping and related exercises. They give me a better flaccid hang and basically make my dick look bigger even if it is not.

Honestly, only YOU can decide if it’s worth it. Personally, I didn’t start seeing any measurable gains until after six months, and even then it wasn’t much. But it was a gain.

I found Thunders a couple years ago, PE’d for 5-6 months, took about six months off, a few breaks here and there. Probably been actually PE’ing, over the past two years, about a year and a half total, counting the breaks. I used to be able to easily slip a 5” diameter toilet paper roll over my penis. Can’t get it past the glans now. I also have a 5 1/2” roll that’s just starting to get tight. I didn’t take real accurate length measurements when I started, but one thing is for sure, my whole life I could never get a length measurement anywhere near 6 inches on a ruler, even with the hardest of erections, no matter where I placed the ruler. Believe me, I tried every which way to get to that magic 6-inch average mark. I am now easily over 6 inches BPEL, even without a superhard erection.

So, this does work. But it does take a lot of time, effort and patience. Three months is way to soon to judge the effects of PE on you. Like I said, though, only YOU can decide whether it’s worth it. But just think to yourself what you will be thinking 2-3 years down the road if you quit now. I’d say give it more time, at least another 3-4 months.

Ok, I will continue to go at it for another 3 months. Do you recommend I keep doing my same routine or should I add or drop anything? I want to hopefully gain mostly length in the up coming months,
