Is 20 mins enough
To actually see any gains? My gf doesnt know I PE so I have to do it early in the morning while she’s sleeping and I only get like 20-30 mins before she wakes up after me. Now I just wet jelq for 20 mins then I do btc stretching while on the computer and then dry jelqing for 10 mins in the shower. Is this enough to see any gains? I am taking L-A so I’m hoping that will help a little.
