IPR macro cycles and gains?
I’m currently sitting through a decon that I’m considering ending this weekend. Saturday will be four weeks since I last did any PE. Anyways, when I start up again, I am going to try an IPR cycle, probably with a bit more of an emphasis on length than girth, but I’ll take whatever I can get. I know there is no way to get an “average” or a guess on how much I might gain, as we are all different. But I’m wondering, for those who have done one or more cycles of an IPR type protocol, what were YOUR gains like?
