Invasive, yet not surgical... why not?

I am talking about collagen shots for increased glans size. It is quite popular in Asia, but it seems like nobody does it here… they are all ligament-snipping, fat-grafting butchers. The gains are obviously temporary, you would have to repeat the shots every 3-6 months, but if millions of women are willing to do it just for fuller lips then a “pointy” guy like myself would definitely do it for a fatter head especially if everything else failed; jelqs, squeezes and such. What do you guys think about this? Does anybody know of a place where you can get it done in the US?

The two most common injectable collagen products (Zyderm and Zyplast) already have lidocaine in the mix so it’s pretty much painless. I agree with the cost though… about $500 for two measly cc’s

I’m confused as to how anything that invlolves getting a needle pushed through the glands can be painless or even slighly painfull. I mean normal injections are bad enough let alone in your glans! :s

I’m wondering (mostly to myself, but out loud should anyone care to comment), if walking around with your glans all puffed up with collagen would cause it to stretch at all (resulting in actual growth). Hmm … <Shrug>
