I wanted to say a quick “HI!”

I have been a member here for about a month and this board is great. I like how there is no negativity and everybody trys to lend a helping hand.

I started PE about a month ago and have basically been “warming” my self up and learning the exercises properly.

I plan on using the jelq as my primary exercise. I’m going to do a 20 min session in the moring and a 30 min session in the evening. Of course a hot wrap and brief stretching period will take place before both those workouts.

I have seen the debates about rest time (some like 1 on, 1 off, while other prefer 5 on, 2 off) but from what I have read it seems the guys that gain the most put in the most time. Maybe I’m wrong and if so please correct me.

I look forward to sharing my results with all of you.

Good luck with your gains. There have been a lot of people who have jelqed exclusively and made little or no progress and some who make good gains. One thing I’ve learnt here is that if something isn’t working, change it. I hope you find what works for you quickly.

Sounds like you’ve gone about things intelligently. I think you will have good growth with that as a strength. Keep us updated as you apply and learn.
