Intriguing. Inputs?

After a 20 minute stretching sesh and also after the subsequent 20 minute jelqing routine, I think it’s a great idea (if you have the EQ control) to get rock hard for about 1 minute, then let it subside. The idea here is to completely saturate all the cells possible with fresh oxygenated blood before the next routine. Absolutely no jelqing or stretching in this state, it’s almost like a soft masturbation but 100% erection for a short period of time, no ejaculation. I think this would be a good idea to start adding to my routine, I just tried it and I feel it just pumped me up overall very nicely. Any thoughts on doing this?

Oh, on an “unrelated” note, from extensive research a year ago, studying stem cells and how they regenerate parts of the body, I stumbled across two VERY interesting, simple supplements (blue-green algae & NT-020), that when combined actually tell your cells to produce the chemical compound that draws stem cells from your bone marrow to your body. I’m not new to PE. (maybe a year of sparatic practice, and in that year a huge break of it altogether) but obviously no veteran. But I feel as if I have a very strong grasp on the science of this and good technique and control down, even if just the manual, mostly basic things. So just think about microtears in your unit for a moment. If your body is releasing stem cells at a much higher rate (about two hours after taking said supplements) where do you think those cells are going to go? Bingo, penis regeneration on the cellular level. Sounds crazy when I put it that way lol, let me downplay it some to a realistic, non-holy grail of PE. In my personal opinion, if done correctly, you could see like a 15%-35% hike in your gains.. Of course I’ll be testing this and letting anyone who cares know about the process. Iv been back at it very consistently for almost 2 months now, and I’m NOT giving up this time. But really guys, no bullshit I did my research, there’s an official .gov website documenting a hike In stem cells with these supplements.. (Iv felt like I really needed to share this since I stumbled across this wonderful forum)

Edit

I posted under the wrong category again damnit.. Still figuring this out from my phone. Oh well :)

On your first point, I’ve seen good results in doing that. After my stretches I edge for a short while. Like 7 or so minutes. And then I get lubed up and start my jelqing routine. After my jelqing routine I also edge for abou 20 minutes. I’ve found that having all that blood there for that long really helps with healing and cementing in any gains that might have been made during that session.

On your other point, I can’t really comment as I don’t know much about that, but in future I also want to experiment with a chemical PE routine to see if I can get extra gains. But that’s way way in the future, so if you want to experiment, do ahead and let us know.

Stats 7/7/2017- 8.2 BPEL 5.3 MSEG

Picture thread- Some pictures for inspiration.

We commonly refer to that as edging after your routine. It’s very effective.

Started 7.75x5.75

Currently: 9.75bpX6.75eg My Picture Thread

Goal:10.0bpX7.25mseg Building a thicker unit, click by click, pump by pump, jelq by jelq!

Ah, so that’s what edging is. I might try that for 5 minutes then instead of the one. Thanks for the info! And yeah we will see where it goes. 2 months ago my EG was 4.12 and now it’s 4.62. So definitely a nice gain there, going for 5.50. Unfortunately my BPEL is still 6.12, so I added more time and intensity on the stretching, hopefully I’ll see some results next month.

I like to edge/balloon too as it is great as a warm down to cement and preserve temp gains.
In german forums it is popular to use a soft silicone cockring to increase intensity.

Personally I like to edge/balloon for about 1 Min and then do 10-20 towel raises (for about 5-10 Min as a warmdown).
The combination of both exercises really pushes tempgains without having to balloon/edge for long intervals.

Maybe worth a try.

Looking forward to your algae experiments. Algae helped my dog to better its joint problems ;)

Do you have a link to this research?

Start - 6.3 x 5.0 | Then - 6.9 x 5.3 | Now - 7.2 x 5.5

Short term goal - 7.5 x 5.5... The dream Goal 8.5 x 6.3

Putting the hours in with my Phallosan and my Pump!

Sure! Right here is the. .gov website I was talking about, but there are others around. And Nt-020 is just the name for certain amino acids found in blueberries, other fruit and such. All natural, yet effective stem cell release. And when it’s talking about AFA, that is the blue green kalamath crystals. (Algae)

Are these two available in supplement form yet? I didn’t find any

Do you know what hematopoietic stem cells are? They are responsible for making blood cells, ( i.e red blood cells, white blood cells, etc) and although they help to bring the cells that actually do the healing for the body they in fact do nothing.

This is a very good thread for learning so let’s learn a bit. No I am not picking on the OP at all; just giving some thoughts shall I say.

We google an article and we something we think is good for PE. So we write a thread and say that NT-020 and algae must be good for PE because it stimulates stem cells. Now we don’t really know what kind of stems cells we’re stimulating because hey if we stimulate stem cells it must be a good thing. Now we all run out and get some NT-020 and some algae and down the hatch. Not me I ain’t eaten algae.

Now the article did say that it does stimulate stems cells but it also specifies a particular type. The stem cells this stuff actually stimulates are the stem cells responsible for new blood cells. Now having more red blood cells or leukocytes because of the stimulation of stem cells will do nothing to make your pens bigger will it. No not really.

You see we’ll look at an article, not really understand it and then tell guys to go eat algae. Responsible? No not really but understandable. Th stem cells involved in tissue repair are far different that in blood formation.

You see as soon as stem cells are mentioned we all think that stem cells can do anything. Not so. There are two main types of stem cells; embryonic and adult stem cells, Now embryonic, which adults don’t have, are know as pluripotent. They can evolve into a myriad of cell lineages which can do just about anything. Adults sadly have adult stem cells which are labeled as multipotent. They can evolve into a couple of cell lineages. The hematopeotic stems cells mentioned in the article can differentiate into red blood cells, leukocytes, monocytes etc but cannot differentiate into cells that repair broken tissue.

The bottom line is before you run out and eat algae do your homework and know what words mean. Don’t just take some other guys word for it no matter how well intentioned.

While it appears you are correct, thats what CD34+ stem cells are most known for, they do in fact have the ability to turn into any type of cell in the body through the blood.
And another study here http://www.heal thyfutures.net/ … h-stem-cell.php
Shows Increased proliferation of bone marrow cells by an average of 70%, an Increased proliferation of CD34+ cells by an average of 68% and Increased proliferation of CD133+ cells by an average of 43%

CD34 is not a stem cell. It is a protein that is found on some stem cells. Those with this protein marker are classified as as CD34+ while those without the marker are classified as CD34-.

Now by the way an article used to promote a product to buy I wouldn’t really rely on. What somatic stem cells do indifferent parts of the body are very much different but if you want to eat algae go ahead. I’ll take pizza.

And it actually didn’t taste that bad lol. I take both supplements before I go to the gym. Then right after the gym I start my PE. And I k ow you aren’t picking on me haha, I’m glad your questioning this I would have been worried if nobody did.

Also, I have some research directly linking the algae with PE, although they forget to add the NT-020 I later discovered on my own. If you are really interested I can post that as well.

I love pizza, and I eat 4000 calories a day, yet somehow I’m still struggling to get past 180 lol
