I’ve read for years that warming up the penis before exercises is critical. I agree 100% with this statement. My question is, how many people also warm up the body before a workout? I’ve been doing yoga recently and notice that after doing a warmup, my whole body is more accommodating for change. I’m wondering why people do not take a quick 5-10 minute jog, in addition to the tradition warmup, before doing PE.
Doing a warmup like this would slightly increase the temperature of the blood internally, possibly allowing you to take the penis to even larger sizes during exercises. It would probably help in injury prevention as well.
