For years I always skipped warm up, but, in time, I’ve come to realize it really helps a lot. As an old pumper, I just recently landed on the ground of manual exercizes and hanging, I have developed a routine, which I would like to share and receive comments and/or advices on.
15 minutes hot water light pumping
15 minutes wet jelq with glicerine
15 minutes 10 pounds hanging
15 minutes hot water strong pumping
during the day full time wearing a 700 grams modified circle device (25 ounces)
same as mornings.
Before sex: 60 to 90 minutes moderate hot water pumping and rest till the day after
I believe the light pumping in hot water really expands, tissues and that the wet jelq with glicerine, beyond the effect of jelqing, really smooths up my skin, making hanging much more comfortable. The last hot water pumping set warms it up and gives me a clue of my BPEL and EG which, right after workout is finally 8x6.
