intensity vs. volume
I was wondering which one you guys think is more important. For instance would it be better to do a very intense 15-20 min session 4 times a week or a less intense 35-40 min session 5-6 times a week. Maybe some of the vets can chime in with what’s worked best for them. I am only doing squeezes right now and I only have girth goals. I am having a hard time with intense squeezing because of my grip failing and bruising and red dots. I also think intense squeezing increases one’s chance of injury. So what do you guys think? Should I stick with short intense sessions or longer less intense sessions?
