I was wondering which one you guys think is more important. For instance would it be better to do a very intense 15-20 min session 4 times a week or a less intense 35-40 min session 5-6 times a week. Maybe some of the vets can chime in with what’s worked best for them. I am only doing squeezes right now and I only have girth goals. I am having a hard time with intense squeezing because of my grip failing and bruising and red dots. I also think intense squeezing increases one’s chance of injury. So what do you guys think? Should I stick with short intense sessions or longer less intense sessions?

I think the higher intensity with more rest days is better simply because it allows for more rest days. Currently, I am doing a 4 on 3 off schedule with workouts that last about 1 hour. Sure my dick gets stressed during the workout but it also has sufficient time to recover during the week which is the most important thing.

I think jelking is great for girth

IMO many, long intense workouts works best.

Go everything from 3-10 days on and then 1off.

Take longer rests sometimes, but when in a gain-period, just work it IMO.

I squeze 1-3 times a day 15min to 1.5 hours.

I think it´s a mistake to se the gaining dick as a muscle, I see it as a pregnant womans stomach, no rest days there.

Pan, what kinds of gains have you gotten from the more frequent sessions?

1”+ in length and 0.8” girth.
Gains have been comming under about 7-8weeks split in three periods under 1.5 years.

“Ordinary” routines do nothing for me. Going mostly for girth
as I am 8”x6” with the last 0.2” girth the last two weeks.

Right now I feel confident I will reach my final goal at
8.5”(bp)x6.7” before x-mas.

My total gains is more because I gained some a number of years ago. Think I was around 6.5”x5” at age of 20.

IMO, intensity is more important than volume. But intensity is next to useless without FREQUENCY….

You need to get totally stressed out on a regular basis, even if you only do short 10 minute sessions a day or whatever, if they are intense, and there are say 3 sessions a day, you will still get great results…

I have to agree with secjay, to a point. Frequency is the key, but remember something, you have to give that tissue time to repair itself. So, if you go at it everyday, you aren’t giving yourself time to heal. Which btw is where the growth process actually takes place. You can do an intense session everyday for 3 or 4 days, then take a break for at least 48 hours. Then right back to it.

No one knows for sure how long we need to rest. The need for rest is also in relationship to how intense the workouts are.
There is nothing that says that the dick need 48 hours to repair itself, the healing goes on constantly, even between two sessions just 4hours apart.

Compare to a lady who is newly pregnant, her stomach (tissues, muscles, skin, “collagen-sheets”) grows constantly for 9 mos. There are no “rest-days” there.

I have gained 1.5” length and 1” girth, and I believe the need for rest is not so big. I will try to go on for very many days now to see if my theory holds.

One thing about intense workouts (both in frequency and time) is the possibility of the tissue gradually getting so strong it is very difficult to go on with manual exercises. A rest (for several days/weeks) can possibly bring back the tissue to a weaker status were it is easier to make new gains.

I know when I work hard on stretching my dick it first gets longer than it actually shrinks in length due to the strengthening of the tunica. Skip the stretching for some days/a week and dick is longer again.

Ok Pan,

I want to point out a MAJOR difference here. When a woman is pregnant, her skin and all stretches, HOWEVER, after giving birth everything returns to its normal size. There is no physiologcal changes to the tissues.

However, in what you fellas are trying to accomplish here, there ARE physiological changes to the tissue, you want that sucker to stay longer and not go back to its normal state. You ARE creating microscopic tears in that tissue for growth purposes. Since you do lift weights, I figured you already knew that, evendiently I was wrong in that assumption. Unless you hang, you are not strengthening the tunica, and this is why you are shrinking. You have not created any tearing of the tissues for the healing process to take place.

I may not be a guy with a penis, but I sure as hell know something about tissues and how they grow.

I do find that the more frequently I do it the better it is…but i always have 2-3 rest days per week.

Also what do you mean about the difference about manual stretching and hanging?

I can easily pull my dick for 20 min with 50lbs of forse, so what´s the difference.

And I am not “shrinking” I have gained 1.5” in length.
