Inner Penis getting thick????

OK here is the thing, I ride a motorcycle and its become uncomfortable. When I sit I can feel me sitting on what my PC Muscle, or inner penis not sure what it is but its become pretty thick. While hanging I usually flex my pc muscle and I can usually make the 12.5 weight move a bit (i do this whenever im bored hanging). Ive noticed that this “inner penis” or pc muscle im not sure what it is but it is quite close to my anus.

Right now im doing hanging straight out, can this be my inner penis starting to pop out??? It seems quite thicker in that area than before. Anyone have any input? Like I said its a bit uncomfortable on my motorcycle.

The bulbocavernosus (BC) muscle surrounds the bulb of the penis and is located between the anus and the scrotum (see this). If you are doing Kegels or flexing the BC while hanging you’re exercising it against resistance and causing it to grow. Generally, Kegels are not done against resistance so the muscle gets stronger, but not larger. The solution to your problem of uncomfortable pressure while riding your motorcycle is to stop exercising this muscle while hanging.

Westla, does this muscle have any sort of benefits? Help premature ejaculation etc..???

Just an FYI. The more modern and more accurate term is bulbospongiosous. Gray’s anatomy is an old book and the online version is from 1918. But you probably knew that. I agree that BC just sounds better than BS.

A stronger BC muscle will make you ejaculate farther. Some say they can hold off orgasm by squeezing it as hard as they can.

Gray’s wasn’t my source, Tube. The drawings and anatomical names came from the CIBA collection of drawings by Frank Netter, MD. Both names are correct, current and interchangeable. I agree that BC is better than BS because of its similarity to PC, which is why I used it.

Mr6inch - Tube’s explanation is correct about the function of the BC/BS. It is the force behind ejaculation.

In that case I will continue to lift weights hehe.

If you use that to hold off orgasm, then you get to have multiples before the big one where you actually ejaculate.

Well, Dr.Lin once again has nothing nice to say about kegels, not to mention PE.
Here’s the quote for you:
