I’ve had quite a few of these to a lesser degree. My advice is to just lay off it. Even if it doesn’t feel bad right away, it’s gonna make you overtrained quite fast.

I just got three weeks back into PE and had a few of these, but decided to keep going. Midway into the third week everything went sour and the kid wasn’t responsive for about two weeks and I had the scare of my life. I had those same pains, and ignored them. I say, give it a week before going to the doctor but if the pain stays more than 7 days you have to get some professional help.
