DLD Blasters, a question I have on this is, if you have an LOT at 9.00, and everything should be done below this ie:8.00-6.00, is the upright stretch of a DLD Blaster going to work for me. In a previous post, I was told to stretch everything below 9.00 to get the benefits of stretching.
Also, the Fulcrum Stretch, when doing the excercise, just to be on the right track, does the top hand pull or stretch away from the bottom hand stretching in the opposite direction. Can this be done at different points along the shaft!
