I was wondering if it’s even possible to focus on growing specifically width. (I tried to search for an existing thread on here with no luck). If there is already a thread I apologize.

I’ve noticed from seeing pics of units close to my girth measurement (roughly 5” MEG) that people tend to look noticeably wider than me from the top view. I consider my girth from the side view respectable. I guess this measurement would be considered penis height? Or maybe depth?

Anyway, just seeing if there were some specific excercises I could do. Spent some time searching on TP and google with no luck.


Started 11/2014 6.0" BPEL x 4.0" MEG (Ballpark #'s)

03/2016 7 1/4" BPEL x 4 7/8" MEG

Goal for 2018 is 8.0" BPEL x 5.5" MEG! PE'ing Just Over a Year and Going for 8x6

There are only TWO things I’ve seen that target width. A homemade penis compression device (said to be used by Shane) and misusing the jelq device also targets width. Both of these compress the penis so that it spreads laterally but this endangers the dorsal vein and the dorsal nerve.

Neither are recommended. The dorsal nerve is not to be tampered with lightly.

However, back in my bumbling days, I used the jelq device so the rollers contacted the top and bottom of the shaft and after a bit I noticed a wider, more oval shape. *see above red text*


Now: 8.875" BPEL x 6.125" MSEG as of 8/12/2016 It's a long story but...

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm 7 years in and counting. Put the work in then the gains will come. All you have to do is keep the faith.

They look wider because they are shorter than yours.

I’ve done some pretty stupid things I’d never do again that worked out, at least somewhat. For me to push them as gospel would be irresponsible at best.

I used a hangar to gain but the method I used damaged shaft nerves and the Corona of my glans. Would I say hang like I did? Not at all.

My experience with the jelq device left me tingling in a not good way that subsided. I disregarded it then but wouldn’t do it again. So, would I recommend it to 8x6Dream? No.

You are free to do as you like. If my experience was the be all, end all of Penis Enlargement then I’d be the next big know all, see all guru.

I understand penis anatomy better now and I’ve seen guys get hurt doing a lot less, so why would I push any of the poor choices I made knowing they easily could turn out poor if luck isn’t on your side? If I don’t think it is reasonably safe, I won’t recommend it. Simple as that.

Hey 8x6. I feel the same way when I look at pictures of similar girth members.

I started at 4.5 girth and feel that it looks particularly narrow looking down at it. I think some of that may have to do with my downward curve which is why I put pressure against the curve when jelqing.

If you try Xenolith’s recommendations, please report back with your findings.

Did you have good gains with permanent expansion? How long did you wear the device and how long did it take to see good results.

This is a very interesting question. Intuitively, shooting from the hip, to force this physical phenomenon where it doesn’t already exist seems to require an asymmetrical change in the penis tissue laterally or vertically (top bottom/ side to side). The top must either become more constrained and less extensible or laterally more extensible.

If the physical implications of the exercise cause less extensibility to the top and bottom of the penis innards this would require a result of toughening that tissue. This might negatively impact long term growth potential.

If the exercise results in just a greater extensibility of the lateral walls, then maybe this would provide the desired result without the toughening described above.

I deal with putting materials together of different levels of extensibility every day using pressure and heat. When irregular changes in shape occur, one of the components has either expanded or contracted. I tend to think PE is best when things expand with the least contraction. So in this case definitely ensure the result is due to greater extensibility of the lateral walls and not a toughening of the top and bottom increasing pressure laterally.

Just some intuitive shots from the hip. As always, take it all in and then make your move.

Hey 8x6 same problem here. I’m trying palm presses onto sink counter while clamped. I like this because I can control pressure and can release pressure instantly. I do it with different erection levels. Lower seems MUCH safer and actually might have better expansion.

Don’t know if it works personally.

Thanks for the thread; I have not considered the width aspect before but always the whole girth. But the devices shown are a little bit scary for my tiny cock.

Yes, good gains. I went back and looked at my stats; I’ve been using a compression device (initially Nice Vice, then Tiger Trap, then Tunica Tenderizer) for almost 3 years now. Over that time, I’ve gained, and retained, an even 0.5” EG gain…as well as an even 0.5” EL gain.

In my most recent gains campaigns, I’ve used the device (a mix of TT and TTr) for about 5 minutes, twice a week for 4 weeks, four times a year. So, if I did the math right equals 160 minutes per year…about 2hrs and 40 minutes per year.

I measured gains within the first 2 weeks of the macro-P Phase of my first gains campaign using the first iteration (Nice Vice) of my compression device journey.

By the way, for anyone looking to venture into their own compression device journey, I do recommend doing so in a manner similar to that which I employed; i.e. using a non “toothed” design first in order to get used to the expansion characteristics of your tunica under compression with a relatively benign device before moving on to “toothed” designs…which are more effective at achieving the tissue disruption that is the raison d’etre for these devices.
