increasing girth... help

I have increased in length over the last year using a extender.. The girth has remain the same.. I have the previous month been clamping, not using the extender at all. I have clamped for 30-35 min a day, in 10min sessions.

I haven’t seen any girth gains so far.. What should I do? add exercises?

How many clamps are you using? Have you tried head squeezes and lightly pulling while clamped? Have you tried softly bending while clamped? Have you tried jelqing along with clamping yet? Try to push up to 15 minutes.

If those fail you could always just clamp off and pound yourself with a meat tenderizer :)

all I have done the previous month is to clamp with a single clamp for 30-35 mins a day.. I stay really rockhard in the clamp and tend to get alittle fluid build up in the whole penis after around 30 mins.

I might be reading this wrong, but you clamp for WHOLE 30 minutes? Well try some of the things I suggested, and I meant to jelq then clamp or clamp then jelq. I don’t mean them both at the same time.

Great girth routine, has given me 3cm in 8 months:

2x10 min clamping
10x15 sec Ulis
10x15 sec horses
10 minutes high erection level (60-80%) jelqing.

First, start every sentence with a capital letter.

Do a search for information about Ulis and horses.

Yes, I did this everyday until I hit my goal. Not necessary in this order, although I usually started with clamping because I have the best erections at the beginning of my routine.

While on the subject of girth..

What helps increase Width?

Or does Width come with girth? I’m just afraid it’s going to get more and more of an oval.

Should I do this routine every day or should I add restdays?

It turned out to be a 1 hour session.

I used to manage it in 45 minutes but anyway, I did it at least 6/1, mostly 7/0.

Width comes with girth, don’t be afraid it is going to be more of an oval, most guys keep their original design, it is only bigger.

What do you think about using the extender a few hours each day aswell? Good or bad?

To be quite honest, I don’t believe in it. But never forget that it is your dick, if you want to use it, use it.

I have gained about 3 cm from my extender so I belive in it.. I just wonder if it would help or possible hinder gains when used with the girht routine..?
