Do you think I should do the routine in front of an infrared lamp to keep it warm during the exercises?

I don’t care much for warm ups… Much easier to just sit infront of a lamp while doing my routine.

Warm ups aren’t necessary in my opinion. IF sitting in front of an infrared lamp is something you like to do, do it. But necessary ain’t it.
