I just started a new routine to break out of a my current cemented and conditioned state. I have noticed a good increase but it’s not consistent. My routine is 2 days on 1 day off. I do 15 minutes of horse 440s and manual stretches when is gets soft. Then I do 15 minutes of pumping. Then 15 minutes of wet jelqing. I have gotten bigger than ever in the past week or so and even on the days off I have sustained a pretty good size. Then yesterday I noticed that I have lost the current week’s gains. My dick did feel a little tired before my day off so I got off and I let it completely rest for the next whole day. Now my EQ is good but it seems to have shrunk. Why does the gains change so much? Has anyone else had this problem? What does it mean when I gain then lose then gain again?
