So its been about 16 months since I’ve had a solid, habitual PE routine. I got a girlfriend and I somehow couldn’t find the time for PE anymore (ironic, I know). The good news is, my erections have improved. Before this long break, I was having erection difficulties. I feel manual stretching could be partly responsible for this. The bad news is, I have lost about 1/4” length. Oh, and me and my girlfriend are history.

I am beginning to think perhaps I stretched too hard. In your opinion, do you think a manual A-stretch at a fairly light/moderate intensity for say 10 minutes, combined with 20 minutes of jelqing, could get me the 7x5 (NBPEL) cock I am currently aiming for; a “make do” cock to get laid with until I ultimately reach 8x6 :) . (This is a gain of roughly 1” length and 1/5” girth.)

My warmups consist of 10-15 minutes with a infrared massager - after the warmup, my cock feels very warm throughout, and seems much more elastic.

Anything else I can add to this routine to speed up the gains a bit? Since its been so long, I am hoping I can make some quick beginners gains. If not, stronger erections will suffice for the time being. Is 100 1-2 second kegels per day enough?

Help me out guys, I’ve been out of the game for too long. :)

I’ve not been in the game as long as you, but the first thought that comes to my mind is that maybe you should consider hanging if only for the benefit of knowing that the exact amount of force is applied each time.

Firstly, sorry to hear about the loss of your gf and (maybe more importantly) that 1/4”. As for the A stretch doing you some damage, it is really difficult to tell, as there are so many variables. Firstly, you could have been pulling too hard, although I think this is unlikely since you say it was only moderate. You could have been gripping too tightly, or on your dorsal nerve, but again I think this is unlikely, since this is more likely to cause numbness than erection problems. Thirdly, it could be the time you were stretching. Was that a 10 minute solid stretch? If so, maybe this was a little long in one sitting. Also were you jelqing at the time? If you weren’t then maybe the long stretch was cutting off blood for a bit too long and there was no fresh blood pumped in afterwards. If you jelqed after stretching, maybe the issue was separate from the PE. Maybe you were stressed, over-tired, or some other psychological reason.

As for what to do now the safest and easiest method is to start from scratch with the newbie routine.

As melvin said though, hanging will give you faster length gains, but does take the equipment and some time to get used to and to get it working right, so it depends whether you want to put in the time and effort. If you have the cash, I am sure most people would recommend the Bib Hanger, I’ve never used one, so can’t recommend it personally though. Other than that there are loads of other home made hangers you can DIY here.

Hi Lordbase, thanks for the reply! I’m more concerned about the 1/4” than my ex-girlfriend to be honest, lol. She turned out to be a bit of a bitch, so why be upset that she’s out of my life? :) As for the routine, sorry, can’t have made myself clear, the 10 minute A-stretch and 20 mins jelqing was a proposed routine, ie. one I can start performing now to gain back my 1/4” and then some. My routine back in the days of the major erection difficulties was usually 25-45 minutes manual stretching (rather intense stretching, too), and 15-20 minutes of wet jelqing. The warmups were usually 5 minutes of hot water.

Yes, I think thats probably the best idea, as my dick isn’t accustomed to regular PE after such a long break. Thanks. :)

Melvin, I have considered hanging in the past, although I don’t really have enough time to take full advantage of it, unfortunately.
