Importance of visualization
Not sure if many others use visualization (picturing in your mind a bigger unit),
But if anyone cares, I find it to be a useful aid. All I do is visualize my unit as
Being really big in my mind a few times a day, for just a few seconds each
Time. That’s it. No big relaxation or meditation involved. You don’t even need to close your eyes.
