I'm still back to PE
Hi , I restarted pe’ing since 2 weeks and I’d like to get comments on my routine.
4 mornings a week
10minutes of stretch
and 15mins jelq
2 sets of 50 2-3seconds hold
hot towel ( 5 mins )
Is it enough or should I do more ? I want to target LENGTH gain since I got enough girth for now.
Also I want to know where can I get an ADS? though it should be of good use.
Also I am uncut
I know this may sound newbie but I’ve already read some on pe and don’t want to be considered like a newbie…and I want to know what you guys think.
If anyone wanna be my pe mentor :) , it’ll be appreciated
