Hey guys I have just finished two months and I really want to Add some girth now of already gaining an inch in length. I want to know how many repetitions and all that about a good Girth exercise. Can any one give me some suggestions.

Is a “Girth Blaster” the same thing as the “Jelq Squeeze”?

I believe it is blop. Anyone feel free to correct me if I’m wrong though.

All I did to gain length was jelq 250 times 1day on 1day off for exactly 30 days and stretched upwards and then I gained an inch I know but it made my jimmy even skinnier


I just looked at the jelq squeeze video and although similar to the girth blaster, there is a main difference. In the jelq squeeze, one hand remains stationary squeezing at the base while the other hand performs the jelq stroke. In girth blasters, you are using alternating hands, so the hand at the base is replaced by the hand that just completed the jelq stroke. So if you start with your left hand at the base, once your right hand completes the jelq stroke, you force your right hand in behind your left and squeeze as your left hand now does a jelq stroke. Minor difference, perhaps, but I think continually replacing the base hand provides a better pump and also allows for continuous blood flow.

a video is worth a thousand words, and I have noted the alternating hands distinction.

Couple other things:

1. Do you do a full stroke to the head (as in the video)?

2. Can you do these sitting down, or is it better standing up?

3. My natural tendency (I like to sit) is to pull (push?) more “downward”, so instead of having my cock 90 degrees from my body, it is more like 45 degrees, think it matters?

4. After doing it for only a minute, my cock feels rubbery. Engorged, but very bendable despite “appearing” erect. Is this a concern?
