Thats awesome, thanks so much. I’ll give that a try… Hopefully more success this time.

Let me recommend that you look at a couple of lighter newbie routines. The standard thunder’s newbie routine was WAY TOO HARSH for me, so a couple guys told me to back WAY off and I started getting gains.

Here are two threads that recommend some lighter routines. Both discuss the theory behind starting with a "less is more" approach. I wish I had seen them when I started.

NEW newbie + advanced routine

Thunder’s member babbis has a great light newbie routine that many have had success with — it used to be posted here. Now it is at his own PE site:

If you read through these threads, you will see that people gain using these "less is more" routines, even though they are quite skeptical about it at first.

This might work for you.

Nice link to the newbie routine may give that a try.

Sorry to hijack a little but what do experienced PE’ers think of decon breaks early on?

I think it’s best to avoid your penis becoming too conditioned in the first place, but you have to make PE a part of your life before having a decon.

Work up slowly in intensity. When the gains slow appreciably, reduce intensity for a little while (like a mini consolidation of gains), then take a decon break. Then begin again slowly from the start and repeat. If you are getting results, this method will ensure you reach your goals by avoiding your penis becoming heavily conditioned to the point where extrememe measures need be taken. It also avoids injury and brief spells of PE induced ED.

Unless you have a steel tunica and ligs, this method works well.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

A guy I worked with had one of these surgeries. He ended up with a badly scarred dick that hurt all the time and didn’t work right, even after several corrective procedures. Better yet, when he sued it somehow ended up in the paper that he was suing over a botched penis enlargement surgery. He sued the paper, too, but there is no way any of it was worth it. (PS - He lost against the doc. You will sign away most of your rights before undergoing one of these procedures. He did won against the paper, but who cares at that point.)

It’s funny, the two doctors who specialize in phalloplasty made me sign away all my rights while the 2 that only did a handful of these on the side (a urologist and a plastic surgeon) did not.

The last time I looked the only sergical solution for length was severing the suspensory ligament. Not sure if it’s really worth it. Personally I’d prefer to do a couple more cycles with a good decon break in-between each, but I guess my information might be a little outdated.

I agree with “thenatural”. Scarring is seriously scary. Scars have less sensitivity, I suspect; and every time there is a cut, there is cutting of nerve lines and there goes sensitivity. I have a scar from a motor accident a long time ago and the whole area is still numb to touch and sex is a lot about touch. Loss of sensitivity is scary and PE, for me at least, has improved sensitivity along with size gains. Can you even practise PE after having surgery? Like, with pulling and squeezing PEing, what happens to what was planted by some medical practitioner who worked his/her heroic magic in the extreme? Sounds spooky to me, bud.

I had a minor procedure and it took a couple or three months before I could hang again, but it caused lots of swelling and it was more uncomfortable and more painful. I think you might just be able to get away with hanging after a circumcision if you’re not squeamish about huge swelling and if you can put up with more pain than you’d otherwise feel, but after surgery for girth? Personally if I were committed to natural PE I’d try and avoid any surgery to the area at all, even a circumcision.
