Just thought I’d give a quick update to an effective routine that’s been working for me.

I’m not a fan of stretching or hanging, so I primarily jelq and squeeze. I was a little overzealous with reps and time at first but I have now settled on a short, 2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off, schedule that seems to work well for me. Each session lasts about 15 minutes and consists of 50 slow wet jelqs suppersetted with 5 10 second squeezes/bends. I make sure I do a total of 200 jelqs and 20 squeezes. Sometimes I’ll finish with some REAL SLOW tourniquet jelqs for maybe 10 or 20 reps.

It’s funny, because I expected great girth gains with minimal length gains, but since following this routine with great intensity for almost 2 months I’ve added .5” in length! I guess jelqing can work for length eh?

Yes. Although I’m not sure about how “permanent” girth gains are with me. My girth is excellent when I PE on a regular basis, but if I miss a few days, it seems to fade some. Perhaps my girth is simply a swelling from the workouts? I’m hoping I just need to stick with it in order to cement the gains.

You’ll always lose some girth that’s due to temporary swelling once you stop girth exercises for a few days. Last year, I gained about 1/4” in a month. After stopping, it leveled off at over 1/8” gain. Still, that’s damn good!


This is in line with what I’ve been thinking - whether one gains length or girth easiest is more a matter of genetics than mechanics. I gained erect girth quickly (0.5” in first month). And while I’ve gained an inch of erect girth, I’ve only gained an inch of erect length too.

You gained 0.5” length in 2 months from primarily a girth routine - while I’ve gained an inch erect in almost a year :(

I have to stretch like hell to gain any length at all. I mean a really dedicated, intense stretching regimen (which is uncomfortable, of course).

But if I didn’t do this I’m sure I would’ve gained only about 0.5” erect length (but double that in girth). And if I did your routine, I probably would’ve gained 1.5” erect girth & maybe 0.25” erect length (which would bite, in my opinion).
