I agree with Ash. Cut out the stretches. Just jelq for the first month or so. Make sure you do a ten minute hot (not too hot) wrap warm-up. Take your time. Your penis should be already “pumped” from the hot wrap warm-ups.
Approach your jelq strokes slowly, deliberately. Enjoy each stroke—2-3 seconds minimum. Don’t rush!! Make sure you have enough lube.
Give yourself enough time—this is a slow, deliberate process. You need a half hour, or least 15 to 20 minutes. If you’re doing it in the shower, make sure it’s a long one so you can give yourself enough time to complete your routine, AND ENJOY IT!!!
