I agree with Ash. Cut out the stretches. Just jelq for the first month or so. Make sure you do a ten minute hot (not too hot) wrap warm-up. Take your time. Your penis should be already “pumped” from the hot wrap warm-ups.

Approach your jelq strokes slowly, deliberately. Enjoy each stroke—2-3 seconds minimum. Don’t rush!! Make sure you have enough lube.

Give yourself enough time—this is a slow, deliberate process. You need a half hour, or least 15 to 20 minutes. If you’re doing it in the shower, make sure it’s a long one so you can give yourself enough time to complete your routine, AND ENJOY IT!!!

My only advice is “DON’T LOSE HOPE”.

I am a newbie too to PE 3 weeks into PE now. I knew 5 years ago that there were sites for PE but all of them were pay sites which made me feel skeptical. And this month, I just happened upon this site and because it was free, I said, what the heck, let me give it a shot. After all, there was nothing to lose. Then I started at once. First week, I did stretching for 15 min and wet jelqing for 30 min. After that I increased it to 60 min stretching and 60 min wet jelqing, with 5 min warm ups, of course. I take a day off on Sundays.

I did not note my stats until after 1 week into PE so I really do not know if there was any initial jump in the size. But for the remaining 2 weeks, I have been measuring almost at every PE(sorry, can’t help it, just curious). Sometimes, I do find that the size is a bit smaller than it was the previous day but when I see the normal size on another day, I do understand that this crazy little 1/4” shift this way or that way is really the way your dick breathes in and out like your balls clinging up or hanging down depending on the body temperature.

Though I don’t expect any noticeable gain (1/2” or more) in less than 3 months, I have already started experiencing 2 beneficial side effects—- Morning wood and delayed ejaculation. Believe me, I kind of got a mental control to masturbate for 5 min continuously w/o edging. Before, I could not go for even 1 min at a stretch. While the morning wood may be related to PE, I think the ability to delay ejaculation might have come because I am experimenting now with my dick in a new different way for the first time in my life. All these days what I was doing was just masturbate / fuck. This is the first time I am getting to manipulate my dick and feel and learn its anatomy in a better way than I have known my dick in 40 years of my life.

So, please do not get discouraged.

I have been following your anguish and disappointment in this thread hopesfall, knowing full well, that you would receive the expert advice you wish for and which you need, from the caring, sharing members of the community we have here in Thunder’s Place. I hope you have been sufficiently encouraged to continue your quest, by the support you have already received and will continue to receive.

There was some mention of a mentor system fairly recently, though I am not sure if it a still in operation, but if it is, it might be an additional means by which you could have tailor-made advice on a regime of exercises, to suit your particular needs.

I can’t speak for you, but I can read 100 personal experiences of PE here, with 99 of them positive and the other 1 negative, yet my brain somehow automatically concentrates on that single negative and it is the one which sticks. My head tells me this should not be so. I hope you are not the same.

I am intrigued by your choice of user name, which in itself, rightly or wrongly, suggests an underlying negativity on your part at least to me and if I were you, I would be changing it straight away, to something a little more positive, for I do believe that psychology plays some part, in how good we feel about ourselves and in how we are perceived.

I agree with rousseau506 and, in fact, this was my first impression about your name and post. Man, you’ve got to accentuate the positive, and eliminate the negative, if you are to get the most out of the advice and support of those who are helping you here.

It sounds to me like you have been a little too rough on your dick. Be nice, and your dick will respond!!

You have two problems, and I’m hitting them on the nose.

1) Patience will do you some good. Learn to be patient, or you’re going to open a door up for disappointment.

2) You are overtraining due to the lack of #1 up there. Most newbies find out about PE and the get so excited that they think the more effort they put into it, the better results they’ll get. Just don’t do as much for right now, and work your way up. If you have any questions, you can PM me.

Thanks guys … I appreciate the advice again. As for my username, don’t worry! It isn’t negativity at all, haha. It is actually the name of a band I like, I never thought of it as describing me. Most of my usernames are just bands names (Hopesfall, Forstella Ford, Dartanian). Sorry if that threw you off, but I will consider changing it for the sake of getting into the positive swing!
