Gained 1 cm in length (only measuring bone-pressed since the 1st day) with regular newbie routine (dry version). This gain was spotted at the end of 6th month, so gained that on the last 2 months (first 4 months gained only PIs).
First 4 months: routine at 1ON-1OFF with stretches.
Last 2 months: routine ar 2ON-1OFF without stretches.
*My goal, since the beggining, is to increase my girth, that’s why I bail the stretches.
