I hang and clamp every other day. Just started a few weeks ago. Anyone made any gains like this? What’s your routine like? Share anything at all


Start: 6" length, 4.5" girth / Now: 6.1" length,4.7" girth 1/10/08- 6.25" NBEL length BPEL 6.75" 4.7" Girth

2/12/08- 6.60"NBEL 7" BPEL under head girth- 4.7" base-5"

I do both in the same day. Three sessions of hanging with heavy weights and three (or four) sets of double clamping. I know I get on the edge some with intensity. My stats show the results. I haven’t gained as much length as some, but I have done real well on girth. I like the feel of clamping and it gives some very good temporary gains that can be “used” that day.

How much have you gained and how long have you been doing it for? Whats your routine like in mins?

From his stats: 1” in length and 1.125” in girth in 2 years.

My current routine involves hanging, clamping and doing manual exercises for two days on, one day off. I changed my routine up about two weeks ago to this somewhat intense regiment and am happy with what I’m seeing.

I thought I’d be seeing more neutral and negative indicators by going to a heavier workout but I’m actually seeing the opposite.

Ok, that’s supposed to be regimen above, selected the wrong word in firefox spell checker, lol.
