I have this piece of plastic PVC pipe that is about a little under my max pre session EG. I put my semi erect dick in the PVC pipe, and then I throw on the clamp and kegel until the pipe is tight around my entire shaft.

I also have very little vaseline on my dick as well for ideal conditions. I then twist continuously clock wise or counter clock wise until I feel like stopping. It seems very promising, but I only did it once earlier today.

I can see why you would want to fit it in a pvc pipe to have a cylinder mold for your penis. How do you feel that rotating the pipe benefits the session?

I had a idea for a thicker cable clamp. I really think they should make then thicker as in the length of the hinge and ect, not as in size like the giant cable clamp.

As I rotate it, it creates a shit load of tension and pressure while I have the clamp on. Visualize it. I have a 9 inch long piece of PVC piping around 5.4 inches in circumference around my 5.6EG clamped dick.

Mr. T, exercises like this have potential, but it comes with considerable risk. Some do exercises like this manually (twisting, no clamp, no PVC pipe) for girth. Adding clamping and the additional mechanical advantage of a PVC pipe seems like it just increases the potential for injury.

Anyone considering this, please keep in mind that it is not a newbie exercise. Anyone else thinking about doing anything like this, either manually or especially with additional devices thrown in, proceed with extreme caution. This sounds like a way to potentially do some damage to yourself quickly.

If you were to get stuck, you simply release the lever from the clamp and take it off. The vaseline on the penis will also help slip it out. This is not a problem.

Believe it or not this exercise is not dangerous or too intense, because the vaseline makes rotating the PVC pipe effortless. The less vaseline you put however, will make it more intense. You need the

lubrication, or the pipe will not rotate properly and this could cause an injury. Also, the pipe cannot be too much smaller then your max EG. If you choose the right pipe size, and do everything right, it is just

as safe as any advanced exercise. This exercise causes a lot of expansion.

This is not a newbie exercise.

Lol, ya read this a couple days ago. I don’t know if I fully understand what you’re doing, but that’s ok. I’m gonna leave it for now, I just started intense uli’s a couple days ago and they’re going VERY well. I think I’m finally seeing progress again. I won’t go into detail cause I don’t want to talk to early and have things not work out, but they look promising so far.

Good. I am not going to get too crazy with this exercise either, because my routine consists of over five variations of different techniques for girth alone.

Alright, well in case I decide to try this I just want to make sure how to do it.

I don’t get why you’d rotate the thing around your cock. What is this accomplishing? Wouldn’t it be better to force the tube forward? Like a clamped super jelq.

Sorry Mick, I thought the thread died. This exercise doesn’t work right unless your dick is only slightly lubed, because too much lube will cause worthless spinning instead of the twist (I honestly have been doing it without lube, but I don’t twist it continuously but only slightly to prevent injury. All you do is put the PVC pipe over your semi flaccid with clamp on, get a good erection and start twisting the PVC, or you can bend it forward or side to side. The PVC needs to be much smaller then your EG. The shitty thing is, without lube your dick can possibly get stuck in the tube, but that hasn’t happened to me because I always waited for my erection to subside before pulling the tube off. It is kind of dangerous though, and honestly, I haven’t been doing it much because I feel I get the most control with my hands anyways. It is effective though, if done right.
