I think I've gotten injury-phobia =(
I used to be calm when it came to the risks and the fear of hurting myself, but i’ve recently taken about a month and a half off, and now i can’t seem to get started up again. I just keep picturing myself ripping the entire thing off, og maybe bursting the entire head during a jelq session.
I think it’s because i keep having these mental images… Kinda feel like a crazy person here, seeing as i haven’t had any really serious injuries. Maybe I feel like I’m overdue for one? =)
Anyone else have this problem, or any advise for me?
