Yes there is a way to totally target the ligaments while doing this stretch. Bluewhale from MOS came up with it and they’re called “Ultimate Lig Stretches”. Basically once you set up for this stretch, lets say you’re stretching to the left, you hook the suspensory ligaments (located above the penis centrally) with your right index, middle, both or thumb and pull in the opposite direction. You are literally hooking the ligs with your fingers and stretching them while you stretch your penis in the opposite direction. These are fucking intense!!!
Newbies BEWARE!!! These aren’t for you, don’t even think about trying them until you get at least 6 months in and are conditioned, even then I would be cautious.
